Aligning: We are all born with different gifts & abilities, the Mayan Calendar grasps the subtleties of the impact of time & space when you were born & has encoded a language that translates your eternal essence & your purpose in this incarnation. We explore this galactic harmonious language of light activating our cellular body into a deep remembrance of the reasons we have chosen to be born into this Earth walk. Become Nature's Voice- A progressive exploration of todays environmental activism through an expressive journey of voice activation, nature connection & courageous empowerment. 

The Nature Cure- utilizing & re-awakening the connection with the natural world to improve relationships, studies, aspirations & overall wellbeing. 

Ancient Roots- An exploration of the intelligence & resilience of Indigenous people worldwide. A reconnection with our own lineages & liberation from any cycles carried through our genetics that no longer serve today's ever-changing, expanding world & our purpose in it.  

Wilderness Within- Focused on Nature & Spirituality this course is a Rites of Passage experience, initiating the participant into a healing connection with the natural world, awakening their purpose in life & helping them realize their interconnectedness to all life on Earth.

Womb Wisdom for Teen Girls- In this sacred exploration of women’s health we learn how to respect the growing female body, sexuality & wellbeing by following & listening to the deeper cycles & rhythms of the Earth & honoring our birthright as creators of life.

Yoga & Anatomy- Through a dedicated, invigorating & focused yoga practice the student comprehends & appreciates the functions & abilities of the human body from the inside out.

Movement Medicine- Through dance, yoga, guided meditations the students go on a creative journey to take ownership of their body, mind & spirit.
