Please Note & Consider

1. If you have paid online for one of Elah & AuSierra's offerings (training, retreat, session, etc.) & for some reason you are not able to attend the event you have booked, the money will not be refunded, however the EQUAL amount paid will be credited towards any other offerings by Elah & AuSierra (future retreats, trainings, private sessions, online courses, etc). This Credit Must be used within 6 months time. 


2. You must give 24 hours notice before cancelling, changing or rescheduling a private session or retreat time. Otherwise, you will be charged in full for the session or retreat.
