Every morning wake up & give thanks to mother Earth for the constant abundance. Month 3
Engage in a waste-free month! "Out of sight out of mind doesn't apply to the conscious kind." Month 5
Really hone in on your listening skills. Make it a point to engage in deep, meaningful, conversations without multitasking. Month 7
Everyday find at least one person to recognize & vocalize what it is about them that radiates. Month 9
Spend some time alone everyday. Give yourself at least 30 minutes of solitude for balance & reflection. Month 11
Make a sacred place in your room & visit it everyday. We must protect what is sacred & therefore our daily routine requires sacred practices. |
Month 2
Give something away everyday! Explore & see what it feels like to feel non-attachment. Month 4
Give thanks for the food you eat. At each meal give a moment to give thanks for the abundance. Month 6
Meditate Everyday! Clarity in our own life creates a more harmonious planet. Month 8
Dedicate yourself to that project or idea you've been thinking about, spend at least 30 minutes each day on it. Month 10
Commit a random act of kindness everyday. Plant seeds of kindness, love & hope into the world. Month 12
Hug at least 10 people a day. Focus on giving extra big, full, & warm embraces. Especially hug the ones you love, but do not forget about hugging strangers & those who look like they need a little extra good energy to get them through their day. One real hug can say a thousand words to an unhappy heart. It is not only medicine for others, but also medicine for you. |
